Landmark study concludes that the oscillating-rotating
power technology pioneered by Oral-B is superior.

As reported by the Cochrane Oral Health Group:

"Brushes that worked with a rotation oscillation action removed more plaque and reduced gingivitis more effectively than manual brushes in the short and long-term....No other powered brush designs were consistently superior..."1

An independent research group The Cochrane Collaboration, recently completed the most comprehensive review of power toothbrush studies ever undertaken.

  Rotation-oscillation toothbrushes, like the ProfessionalCare
Series, reduce plaque and gingivitis by between 7% and 17% more than manual toothbrushes.

No other form of power toothbrushes, including "sonic,"
proved to be any better than a manual toothbrush in
reducing plaque and gingivitis.

The evidence also proved that power toothbrushing is
just as safe as manual brushing.

  Oral-B research validated
  Oral-B pioneered oscillating-rotating technology in 1991

Oral-B has published over 65 clinical studies demonstrating
the superior efficacy of our oscillating-rotating technology

Enhancing our technology with 3D Action
  The ProfessionalCare Series combines oscillating-rotating
technology with gentle in-and-out pulsations to create our
unique, patented 3D action

Independent research has shown that our enhanced 3D
action removes more plaque than our oscillating-rotating
technology alone2

More dental professionals worldwide recommend Oral-B oscillating-rotating
power toothbrushes to their patients than any other brand of toothbrush.
